QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering and/or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing companies,
• Proficient in English,
• Knowledgeable in automatic control systems,
• Experience with PLC automation,
• Familiar with AC/DC drives,
• Experienced in the maintenance/repair of electrical motors and general equipment,
• Skilled in cable assembly,
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical project plans,
• Proficient in using electrical measuring instruments,
• Preferably holds an "Operating Responsibility Certificate for High Voltage Facilities,
• Resides or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the execution of our company's electrical maintenance activities,
• Lead technicians in the field to carry out maintenance activities and record-keeping accurately and completely,
• Perform maintenance and repair of PLC-operated machines,
• Develop periodic maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans,
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime, ensure machines and equipment remain operational, and carry out necessary revisions,
• Supervise outsourced work throughout the factory when required,
• Ensure the prompt procurement of new machine parts when needed,
• Regularly document and record reports on the machinery and equipment under maintenance,
• Organize factory safety protocols and ensure compliance with these protocols,
• Ensure the facility meets occupational safety standards,
• Involving in sustainability and energy efficiency projects,
• Maintain communication with the production team, facility management, and other departments,
