General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English Skills,
• Min 5 years experience in relevant position,
• Proven experience in industrial operations management or performance improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Good Level SAP Knowledge
