We are looking for a Material Planning Specialist with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Experienced -min. 3 years- in planning in a manufacturing company is a must, preferably in automotive industry
- Experience with SAP PP & MM Module, preferably SAP HANA
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Will be a valuable member of a proactive & solution-oriented team
- Having good level of reporting and analysis skills, knowing presentation techniques
- High level of planning and organizing and problem-solving skills
- Residing on Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli
Job Description
- Planning of material requirements for serial production
- Coordinating of supply chain for serial production materials from local and foreign suppliers,
- Following inventory levels according to business targets
- Managing material flow for daily & long-term purchase orders
- Coordinating and following transport requirements of material shipments
- Managing stock levels of critical components
- Developing strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability
- Managing requested SAP modules
- Analyze stocks and prepare an action plan with related departments to reduce excess inventory
- Cooperation with Planning, Logistics, and Procurement departments
- Maintaining material master data records in SAP
