We are looking for 1 new teammate for our marketing team with the following criteria to be assigned to our facility located in Tuzla, Istanbul.

Position Overview:

• Preferably graduated from International Relations, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Foreign Trade departments of universities,
• Experienced in the cosmetics industry,
• At least 2 years of business experience, command of export and transportation processes,
• Fluent in English , and second language , French Russian, or Arabic
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level,who dominates the details , follower in projets
• Taking care of his appearance, successful in human relations, good diction and high communication skills,
• Strong stress management, planning and coordination skills, prone to teamwork and responsibility,
• Strong sales skills, coordination and organizational skills, able to use time effectively,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and have no barriers to travel abroad,No foreign travel restrictions
• Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving orders from export customers and entering orders into the system
• Follow-up of the order preparation process in parallel with the production
• To be adapt to flexible working hours for quick answers
• Preparation of export documents,
• Participating in international and domestic fairs, evaluating the negotiations and answering the customers,
•  Getting to know the export processes well, making installation and improvement studies related to the processes
• Follow-up of the whole process, including customs clearance
