We are looking for an “Sales & Reservation Manager” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

Qualifications

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position within the tourism and hospitality industry.

·         Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

·         Proficiency in reservation processes and systems.

·         Knowledge of e-commerce processes.

·         Experience in domestic and international market agency sales processes and communication.

·         Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales and operational processes.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Fidelio).

·         Knowledge of online booking platforms and channel management systems.

·         Advanced English skills (additional languages are a plus).

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.

·         Guest-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Job Description

·         Develop and implement sales strategies.

·         Organize and monitor reservation processes.

·         Optimize hotel occupancy rates and revenue goals.

·         Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries and requests.

·         Collaborate with the sales team to create revenue-boosting campaigns.

·         Manage reporting and data analysis processes.

·         Monitor online booking platforms (OTAs) and channel management systems.

·         Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

·         Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and customer experience.
