QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager of the Restaurants Cluster for the international restaurant “Novikov Group” located in Bodrum at the territory of Yalikavak Marina. The duties of Assistant Restaurant Manager include shift planning. Conducting trainings for staff, monitoring the implementation of restaurant service standards and maintaining the atmosphere. You should also quickly and politely respond to customer complaints and inquiries, and quickly perform assigned tasks.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on issues important to guest service.
Financial
- Follow company standards and service levels to increase sales
- Responsible for ensuring that all financial (accounts, reporting) and administrative duties related to personnel / wages are met accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Food Safety and Planning
- Ensure hygiene when handling food, general cleanliness and maintenance.Kitchen and dining room. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policy, federal / state / local laws and regulations
- Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper uniform and appearance standards.
Guests Service
- Provide positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking everything and everyone appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests.
- Ensure that appropriate safety procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets.
- Provide a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury accidents. Quickly fills accident reports in case a guest or the worker is injured.
- Manage shifts that include: daily decision making, planning, planning during compliance with standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Develop employees by providing continuous feedback, setting productivity expectations and through performance reviews.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staff needs. To prepare schedule and make sure that the restaurant is equipped for all shifts
QUALIFICATION
- Restaurant management is desirable. Combination of practical experience and educationwill be considered as an alternative.
- Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of the following restaurant functions: meal planning and
- company preparation, procurement, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, HR management, paperwork and reporting

- Pleasant, polite manner and neat and clean appearance.
- The ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service comply with relevant standards.
- Must have good communication skills to communicate with diverse staff.
- The ability to coordinate many tasks, such as food, drinks and labor costs, while maintaining the necessary standards of work in the daily activities of the restaurant.
