BRAWO! is looking for a Technical Design Engineer to join the team!

We are seeking skilled Technical Design Engineers to join our Istanbul Bahçeşehir office for a full-time position, working on international retail furniture projects. This unique role bridges the gap between design and client communication, making you an essential link between our international clients and production teams.

Responsibilities:

- Transform international designs into production-ready technical solutions

- Create detailed 3D models of wooden and metal-based retail furniture

- Prepare precise assembly and production drawings using SolidWorks

- Lead online meetings with international clients to discuss technical specifications and project requirements

- Act as a technical liaison between international clients and internal teams

- Research and implement innovative technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Education

- At least 3 years of experience in retail furniture production drawings and techniques

- In-depth knowledge of wood and metal furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards

- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (training and support available for further development)

- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; German language proficiency would be a significant advantage

- Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and precise in execution

- Confident and professional in client-facing situations
