Job Description:

1. According to the business sector to submit recruitment needs, develop recruitment plans, to complete the blue-collar talent recruitment goals; 

2. Make full use of a variety of channels to obtain candidate information, independently complete the talent screening, interviews, and other aspects of recruitment implementation; 

3. Continuously maintain and track the work status of onboarding personnel, to improve the personnel retention rate; 

4. Analysis of the recruitment data and funnels, to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment.

General Qulifications:

1.  Graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or related major, and have more than one year of experience in blue-collar recruitment;  be proficient in English or Chinese for work.

2.  Be familiar with employee onboarding, offboarding, and social insurance.

3.  Be proficient in operating computers and using various office software.

4.  Be familiar with various recruitment channels and recruitment processes, and master good interview skills.

5.  Possess better expression, communication, organization, coordination abilities, time management skills, and affinity.

6.  Have good learning ability.
