We are looking for a ERP Specialistto be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure exceptional ERP support
• Participate actively in rollout projects and offer daily operational support for the ERP system
• Recommend enhancements and improvements to the ERP system
• identifying potential issues and report frequently
• Manage updates and patches for the ERP software, ensuring optimal functionality
• Providing training to employees on how to use the ERP system effectively, including creating documentation and guides.
• Develop integrations and customizations for the ERP system as required
