We are looking for a IT PROJECT Managerto be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
• Strong experience with SAP products and projects
• Practical knowledge and experience in ITIL processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver an excellent customer experience

Job Description:

• Manage SAP products and projects, create and implement project plans
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Deliver projects to business units and provide ongoing support for continuous improvement
• Handle project tracking, issue and risk management, and configuration management while coordinating other projects under time constraints
• Manage technical and functional resources to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure successful project completion by maintaining realistic project, quality, and risk plans within budget and deadlines
• Keep the project team aligned with the final objectives
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Track and control resource allocation in collaboration with relevant business partners
• Guide and motivate project teams, optimizing resource utilization
• Apply ITIL processes to improve project management best practices
• Monitor and report project progress, intervening when necessary
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders and ensure proper expectation management.
