QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Risk and Insurance Assistant Manager to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • Professional experience in insurance, reinsurance, insurance placement, insurance & reinsurance markets, insurance terms & conditions, claims handling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility on business travel

Requirements:

  • Evaluating the outpatient and inpatient treatment requests of health policy holders in contracted and non-contracted health institutions in line with the special conditions of the policy and providing internal consultancy
  • Evaluation of written/verbal provision cases
  • Receiving, examining and finalizing compensation claims within the scope of health insurance
  • To ensure that damage payments are made on time and accurately
  • Answering incoming questions, solving problems, receiving complaints and providing solutions by forwarding them to the relevant units, ensuring general satisfaction
  • Lead the renewal process for corporate insurance policies
  • Gather exposure data and the company information required to support annual insurance renewals
  • Identify, evaluate, and provide risk management recommendations that help to better manage business risks while minimizing the overall cost of risk

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
