We are looking for a Senior SAP Application Manager to be assigned at our Maslak-Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate from relevant engineering or business departments of universities (Preferably; Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, etc.)
• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Proficient in SAP and similar application management
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management
• Proficient in relationship management, with strong communication skills, Able to establish good relationships with clients
• Possess team management skills and ability to work harmoniously with the team, with previous experience in managing a team. Skilled in leading innovation

Qualifications:

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for ERP systems in line with the company's overall strategy.
• Prepare budget proposals for ERP systems, track the spending budget, and report regularly.
• Evaluate business requirements and technological trends to define long-term ERP system goals.
• Ensure the initiation, planning, management, and successful completion of new ERP projects.
• Effectively manage internal and external resource management.
• Take part in selecting consulting firms when necessary, considering internal resources.
• Obtain analysis and business definition technical documents (FS, TS).
• Ensure and manage the handover processes to the team after project completion.
• Manage Corporate ERP Application Support processes.
• Prepare management reports as requested by upper management, supervisors, or business units.
