QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Career Opportunity in International Trade
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with international clients and business partners.
- Maintain frequent and regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and with high quality.
- Conduct necessary activities for new customer acquisition and consistently expand the customer portfolio.
- Oversee supplier selection, production, and quality processes to meet customer needs and demands.
- Lead and guide the operations and logistics team throughout the supply chain process, from procurement to shipment and final delivery to the customer.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all required documents for international trade.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken (native speakers preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international trade (export) or logistics operations.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges.
