Marketing Specialist

 QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Marketing Specialist" for our Marketing and Procurement Department.

Requirements of the position; 

• Being fluent in English and Turkish.
• Using MS Office programs.
• Having a university degree in engineering and business administration.
• Having at least 2-year marketing experience (preferably in bus industry).
• Having certification and experience in ISO TS 16949 auditing (internal and external) (preferably).
• Having IRIS Certification (preferably).
• Having completed military service (for male candidates).
• Being not older than 30 years old, in good health.
• Having a valid driving license and being an active driver.
• Having working experience in foreign companies (preferably).
• Being able to travel in Türkiye and abroad.
• Living in Ankara (preferably near to Sincan).
• Having a pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality.
• Being able to communicate effectively inter-departmentally, externaly with customers and other contacts such as vendors.

Main Responsibilities of the Position

• Responsible for searching new project opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers for company presentation.

• Responsible for visiting customers in the field (present product at customer site)
  

• Responsible for assisting in the development market-based technology roadmaps and their impact on company's products.
  

• Responsible for maintaining good communication with customer to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.

• Responsible for conducting and coordinating exhibition plans and participating arrangements.

• Responsible for searching sale opportunities on market.
  

• Responsible for preparing forecast and evaluation reports for analyzing domestic and foreign market.
  

• Responsible for preparing weekly report and submitting. 

• Responsible for implementing and developing marketing procedure.

• Responsible for conducting customer survey application.
  

• Responsible for participating project meetings of company related with his/her own part.
  

• Responsible for supporting social platforms and web site of the company.
  

• Responsible for supporting advertisement of the company.
  

• Responsible for supporting customer for after sale service.

Performance Criteria 

1. Collecting and maintaining competitive information to present complete market evaluation for products.

2. Preparing application materials like PowerPoint presentations and literature as how-to products are specified.

3. Preparing, maintaining and updating documents and sales tools for using product presentations along with technical training seminars.

4. Preparing tender documentation file according to requirements of tender specification.
