We are looking for Assistant Yacht Xperience Manager D Maris Bay,

• Dynamic Environment: Working at one of Turkey's top resort hotels, they’ll experience the unique dynamics of luxury yacht management. They’ll interact with high-profile guests and handle diverse tasks each day, ensuring every experience is memorable.
• Hands-On Training and Development: The assistant can expect hands-on learning and the chance to develop valuable skills in yacht operations, customer service, and hospitality. This role is a perfect blend of practical, technical, and administrative responsibilities.
• Guest Satisfaction Focus: They will play an important role in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing guest needs on and off the yacht, thus directly contributing to the resort's reputation.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: They’ll encounter and resolve challenges that may arise, especially while at sea or during high season. Flexibility and critical thinking will be essential in adapting to various situations and ensuring smooth operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Operational Support: The assistant should help with the smooth running of yacht operations, assisting with daily tasks such as vessel maintenance, equipment checks, and monitoring safety procedures.
• Customer Service Skills: Since guest satisfaction is a priority in the hospitality industry, your assistant should excel in communicating with guests and professionally handling their requests.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of yacht maintenance and operational processes is a valuable asset. A solid understanding of routine checks, upkeep, and repairs would be beneficial.
• Administrative and Organizational Skills: The assistant should support with daily reporting, personnel scheduling, and planning, especially during high season, to help ease the workload.
