We are looking for Bellboy D Maris Bay,

• Previous experience in luxury hotels is essential,
• A degree in hospitality or related fields is preferred,
• Ability to communicate in English and Turkish in a polite and professional manner,
• Driving license and good practice of driving  skills,
• Guest focused,
• Have a teamwork sprit.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner,
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery,
• Ensure that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out,
• Deliver morning newspapers to rooms,
• Deliver guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner,
• Ensure bell desk and store room is clean tidy and well organized,
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services,
• Maintain awareness of repeat and special attention guests.
