WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

*The position will be located in Göcek.

• Minimum high school graduation certificate,
• Minimum 3 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position,
• Fluency in English,
• Other language skills an advantage,
• Building teamwork,
• Good Interpersonal Skills,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Supervises the activities of the Waiters and Busboys in assigned area.
• Escorts customers to their tables and to recommend dishes and wines
• Conducts an efficient and courteous service to the guests
• Creates an atmosphere of tranquillity amongst the brigade.
• Checks the standard and quality of food and beverage which leaves the kitchen.
• Checks to the extra needs of a guest.
• Coordinates with the Ast. Outlet Manager or Outlet Manager to plan and conduct skills training constantly
• Attends the communication meetings of outlet.
• Checks the mise en place prior and after the operation
• Represents the Manager in case of absence.
• Performs other duties assigned by  Managers

·         To coach staff to achieve restaurant & bar revenue goals.
