For our Terracity store, we are looking for new team members for the position of "Department Leader".

What will you do?

• You will welcome the sporty users who come to your department with a smile, provide them with the necessary consultancy on products, and ensure a flawless customer experience,
• You will build your own team and support their development,
• You will be responsible for the shelf arrangement, stock accuracy, and product safety of your department,
• You will assess the environmental needs of the store and write your commercial policy accordingly,
• You will set your economic goals and plan your activities,
• You will support the Customer Relations team and the cash register operations.
