How You Can Make An Impact

As an Insurance Audit Manager / Senior Manager in our Audit team, you will be:

• involved in providing auditing services to our insurance clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• working collaboratively with a team of professionals to conduct comprehensive audits, leveraging both individual expertise and collective insights.
• supporting and strengthening the continued training and development of our growing audit team.
• given the opportunity to show your leadership and talent to build new client relationships.

We are looking for:

• have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and started your curriculum to become a Certified Public Accountant or are interested in doing so
• have four to six years of external audit experience, ideally in a Big4 environment
• have practical experience with accounting such as IFRS and Turkish GAAP and IPRSA (SEDDK) regulatory requirements for insurance companies, IFRS 17 experience will be considered a strong asset
• communicate confidently in English
• are a resilient team player, working independently, efficiently and solution-oriented
