JOB BRIEF

We are currently hiring a “Commercial Marketing Specialist” to strengthen our digital presence as we develop innovative and high-tech products for the global entertainment industry. Commercial Marketing Specialist will be responsible for brand management, media strategies and content management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field from a reputable university,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• Able to use social media platforms and SEO strategies effectively,
• Proficient in designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish,
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams),
• Well-organized, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills,
• Disciplined for follow-up; ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to details,
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation and results,
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management and content production,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• High sense of responsibility,
• No restrictions for domestic or international business trips.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement commercial marketing strategies to support business objectives,
• Manage company's website and social media channels daily, produce content and creating and maintaining engaging content,
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels,
• Ensure that corporate identity standards are applied to all internal and external materials (presentations, catalogs, posters, advertisements, etc.),
• Ensure that product catalogs and presentations are updated,
• Coordinate the production and design of the official company materials (both internally & externally),
• Follow, archive and report all news about the company to the management.
• Prepare the company's press releases and announcements,
• Organize major internal events and meetings,
• Be responsible to produce visual media materials for all projects of the company,
• Prepare presentations about company products,
• Analyze market trends and consumer expectations and insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Preparing and presenting reports about the targeted and potential market,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives,
• Coordinate and organize all processes of exhibitions and related operations, follow Turquality certification processes,
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement,
• Effectively communicate brand messaging and value proposition to target audiences through various channels.
