• Ensuring that incoming quality control processes are carried out without interruption and monitoring the process closely

• To determine production quality processes (input-process-final) by coordinating the relevant units and to ensure that all processes are carried out in line with this standard,

• Performing incoming quality controls and process quality controls; Ensuring the preparation of FAT (Factory Acceptance) reporting and packaging lists

• Ensuring that nonconformity reports are preparing 

• Initiating corrective action/preventive action, performing root cause analysis and ensuring that they are closed within the specified period.

• To ensure that quality standards are determined and necessary contracts are made for supplier portfolio management, to follow up, to monitor supplier quality performances and to carry out regulatory and preventive studies,

• Improving ERP- Quality Management Module integration

• Reporting to root causes and errors to related departments.

• Researching the specifications, tests, applications and legislation required by the countries of sale for product certification processes, making the necessary preparations in this direction, recording and updating the documentation in the ERP system. Working with the relevant technical unit on this issue,

• To manage the inspection process by making plans regarding the audits carried out by the internationally recognized (accredited) certification body, to plan and implement all regulatory and preventive activities after the inspection,

•To regularly monitor customer technical support requests and complaints and to coordinate relevant units to prepare solution suggestions,

• Preparing quality management system manuals integrated or separately and updating them when necessary

• To prepare, update and publish documents related to management systems (procedures, workflow diagrams, instructions and forms),

• To determine the application principles of workflows and management systems, to make necessary updates and reports by working in coordination with the relevant units in case of changes,

• Carrying out and reporting quality systems certification studies,

• To organize internal audits to maintain and improve management systems in the long term,

• To provide/ensure that necessary training is provided to ensure that quality awareness is adopted by employees.
