 We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Specialist to optimize our company's procurement processes, increase cost savings and maintain high quality standards. In this position, you will play a strategic role in the procurement of materials and services needed by the company, strengthen our relationships with suppliers and manage procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics and administrative sciences
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement 
• Process orientation and knowledge of internal processes of a manufacturing company
• Fluent in both oral and written in English
• Willingness to step up and take ownership within new tasks and projects
• Willingness to travel (Mobility) and ability to work in a team
• Enhanced skills in cross-cultural and cross-functional communication, as well as conflict management
• Strong command of supplier relationship activities and internal stakeholder management, employing effective and structured problem-solving to ensure smooth operations and meet internal customer expectations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Extensive proficiency in technology, with effective utilization of appropriate tools (primarily SAP and MS Office, especially Excel)
• Having expertise in indirect procurement is a valuable asset
• No military obligation for male candidates.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes tenders effectively.
• Having expertise in packaging materials and indirect procurement is a valuable asset.
• Negotiates supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with sustainability and legal requirements.
• Performs internal and external analyses such as supply market analysis.
• Conducts RFx processes to ensure competitive supplier selection.
• Responsible for the requisition-to-pay process for the assigned scope of purchases and ensures that demands are met.
• Executes tactical processes according to strategic processes and business goals.
• Collaborates with the Dr. Oetker global procurement team and support international colleagues during joint global negotiations and projects.
