Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for team members with the following qualifications to increase our Export Sales Responsible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering faculties, preferably Mechanical, Enviromental or Chemical Engineering
• Min 2-3 years of experience at Export Sales; preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Sector
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Arabic language will be considered as an important asset)
• Knowledge about foreign trade & custom clearance process
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Team player, goal oriented and self motivated
• Advanced planning, organizational and reporting skills
• Strong comminication skills
• No restriction to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

 Job Description

• Selection of the products and preparing quotations based on the demands from the customers
• Preparing of sales contracts, proforma invoices and following up the approval process
• Entering the orders into ERP system and following-up the whole process till shipment.
• Achieving the yearly sales targets
• Managing all sales&marketing activities, ensuring business development activities in related export regions
• Researching new export markets, finding new customers and expanding business with current customers
• Representation of the company by participating to exhibitions, conferences etc.
• Ability to prepare shipment documents if required.
