QUALIFICATIONS

•       University degree in industrial engineering or similar disciplines
•       At least 5 years of relevant experience ( material management,warehouse management or planning)
•       Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP know-how is must
•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
•       Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
•       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•       Analytical thinking with data analysis capability
•       Good English knowledge, written and verbal
•       Residing in Istanbul Asian side or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, implement, and optimize measures for warehousing, material, and logistics.
• Check daily operations in warehouse (inbound, outbound etc.) and ensure smoothly workflow on there.
• Ensure cost, time, and quality-efficient material supply to production, warehousing, storage, and material management.
• Lead the material management, warehouse team in the plant. Supervising and coaching the team.
• Create and execute saving projects in the area of end-to-end material flow, including warehouse and logistics.
• Develop and monitor effective KPIs for Site Warehouse & Logistics.
• Optimize people, resources, and technologies to ensure business standards are achieved or exceeded.
• Check inventories and continuously improve material flow & storage.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the logistics and warehouse department.
• Work proactively with other departments to improve, review, and implement standard processes and procedures. Creating logistics & warehouse procedures and plans.
• Preparing monthly reports on general customs and logistics operations.
