Accounting Team Leader

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as General Ledger Team Leader in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Manage and lead the General Accounting and Tax team,
• Check tax declarations and financial reports and stay in close contact with the company’s tax advisor,
• Make sure all accounting and tax processes follow tax laws and company policies,
• Work closely with the Sworn Financial Advisor on financial and tax matters,
• Organize and manage all types of audits (including tax audits) and prepare all required documents,
• Having knowledge of government incentives and grants is a strong advantage,
• Follow and support the development of team members and help them improve their skills,

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments,
• Minimum 5 years of General Ledger Accounting experience,
• Having team management and leadership is an asset,
• Good command of writing and speaking in English,
• Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks,
• Meticulous and able to perform job with accuracy,
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work co-operatively,
• CPA certificate is preferred,
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
