Qualifications

Graduated from Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management,

Experience in Front Office operations,

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Experience with Opera PMS,

Committed to continuously improving service quality,

Strong coordination skills in administrative tasks,

Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach,

Enjoys problem-solving and takes initiative,

Adopts a friendly and professional service approach,

Strong communication skills and a team player,

Ability to work in a shift system,

Respects guest privacy and confidentiality,

For male candidates, military service must be completed,

Job Description
