What is the role about?

We are looking for a specialist to join our team as an Order Processing and Logistics Specialist. This role involves logistics management in the field of industrial process engineering and measurement instrumentation. Candidates are expected to have a bachelor's degree or an associate degree in a relevant field, including vocational training in Logistics. We expect at least two years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will communicate with our international factories and will be responsible for order processing and shipments, import activities, and domestic transportation management. Strong skills in building customer relationships and managing complex requests are essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within an established global company.

Which tasks will you perform?

·       Plan, organize, and manage the transport process from suppliers to customers.

·       Ensure that products arrive on time.

·       Process purchase orders and maintain communication with suppliers.

·       Manage all company invoices in the e-invoices portal.

·       Oversee domestic transportation and shipment approval and control.

·       Supporting to warehouse operation and provide required documents

·       Actively engage in problem-solving and crisis management.

·       This role reports to the Financial Manager.

What do we expect from you?

·       Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a relevant field, including vocational training in Logistics.

·       Fluency in spoken and written English.

·       Experience in import and export procedures.

·       At least two years of experience in a similar role.

·       Ability to work effectively as a team player.

·       Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Excellent coordination ability and good teamwork spirit.
