Project Control Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS.

•  B.Sc. or M. Sc degree in  Engineering,
• 2-5 years of experience in construction industry,
• Experience in International Industrial Projects,
• 2-4 years of experience in Cost Control and planning departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: Data Management and Cost Control), Business application software for Scheduling & Planning (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and (preferably Power BI: Interactive Dashboards and Reports)
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving skills,
• Driven and motivated with a strong attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION   

• Collaborates in establishing and managing cost control systems for accurate financial information.
• Participates in developing the work breakdown structure (WBS) by coordinating with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments.
• Analyzes project management and cost control system data independently, using cost and commitment status reports.
• Controlling and monitoring manhours tracking table
• Implements and maintains Project Planning and Scheduling.
• Applies engineering, procurement, and construction concepts to create and manage simplified critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Evaluates project status against baseline schedules and assess the impact of changes or delays in design or construction.
• Communicates schedule status to project management, Company executives, and Clients,
• Prepare monthly project executive report to the project management.
