Job Description: Medical Relations Assistant
We are looking for a team member to support the Medical Relations Department in planning healthcare-related organizations, managing patient coordination, and handling communication processes.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the daily operational workflow of the Medical Relations Department,
Communicating with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals,
Ensuring logistical coordination for training sessions, meetings, and events,
Managing patient coordination and process follow-up,
Contributing to the preparation of medical presentations and educational content,
Assisting with database management and reporting processes,
Handling necessary administrative and documentation tasks.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in English,
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills,
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours,
High organizational and follow-up skills,
Basic knowledge of the healthcare sector is preferred.
