QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- High school graduate, preferably with an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Excellent speaking and written in English language (Speaking more than one language is plus),
- High persuasion and communication skills.
- Experience in telephone sales/marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in Hair Transplantation, Obesity, and Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery fields.
- Capable of increasing the international patient portfolio through outbound calls. Able to participate in the coordination processes of international patients.
- Capable of providing written and verbal information to patients about the treatments they request.
- Able to assist and follow up with patients during and after operations.
- Capable of managing price quotations and financial transactions related to patients.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Customer satisfaction-focused, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in using office computer programs.
- Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
- Available to work in a shift system.
