We are looking for an "Electrical/Automation Reliability Specialist" colleague to be evaluated within the scope of Automation Maintenance activities for our company, which is one of the leading companies in the energy sector, with the qualifications specified below.

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant installation or maintenance and repair activities,
• Mastering the Measurement Control/Automation maintenance processes of Boiler, Turbine FGD-ESP processes.
• High sense of responsibility, disciplined, proactive and results-oriented approach,
• Experienced in team management,
• Able to keep up with intense work tempo, compatible with flexible working hours,
• Having reporting and presentation skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Good command of English,
• Able to reside in Zonguldak.

Job Description Summary

• Supervise, oversee, and report on maintenance and repair activities.
• Have strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS, and their integration with maintenance processes.
• Perform reliability analyses for electrical and automation systems, including motors, generators, LV/MV panels, transformer centers, and field instrumentation.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for automation and electrical system failures.
• Participate in predictive maintenance applications (thermal imaging, partial discharge test, harmonic analysis, vibration monitoring, etc.).
• Analyze and improve alarm management and control strategies in PLC/DCS systems.
• Support data-driven maintenance by analyzing automation system logs and performance data.
• Contribute to equipment criticality, life cycle, and risk analyses in coordination with reliability teams.
• Develop fault prevention strategies in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Provide technical support for determining spare parts and standardization of automation equipment.
• Suggest improvements regarding automation and electrical equipment in maintenance and investment projects.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices in SCADA and industrial network infrastructures.

Eren Energy Electricity Generation Inc. is a coal-fired thermal power plant with a total installed capacity of 2790 MW/Hour in Çatalağzı town of Zonguldak. It consists of three facilities: ZETES-1 with a capacity of 160 MW/Hour, ZETES-2 with a capacity of 2x615 MW/Hour and ZETES-3 with a capacity of 2x700 MW/Hour. In addition, Eren Energy has a port with a capacity of 15 million tons to meet the coal needs of the plant.
