What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Digital Performance Marketing Manager across all relevant paid marketing channels and platforms

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and meet performance goals.

• Support with weekly/monthly performance review including campaign and test analysis,

• Participate in brainstorming to find new audiences, creative and optimisation ideas

• Identify opportunities across all performance marketing channels, proposing tests and reporting on results.

• Day-to-day account optimisation, including budgets, bid strategies, creative, copy, targeting & tracking implementation

• Monitor key KPIs and provide regular reporting, sharing actionable insights with the wider business

• Support with the creative process including briefing to an in-house design team and reporting and sharing insights and learnings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communaciton, business or a related field,

• Have minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing

• A good understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (e.g. SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Brand Marketing etc.)

• Experience in performance marketing activities is a must,

• Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads   Multiple platform experience advantageous but not essential.

• Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, and content marketing

• Understand e-com sales journeys and improve on funnel conversions,

• Basic knowledge on SEO optimization,

• Basic knowledge of Analytics tools,

• Advanced command in verbal and written English
