We are looking for an Operations Responsible to join our dynamic and strong team and help take this vision to the next level!

• Graduate from relevant departments of universities (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations management processes, particularly in blue-collar management
• Knowledgeable about e-commerce logistics operation processes (fulfillment, delivery, cross-border logistics)
• Proficient in MS Office programs, preferably with English proficiency
• Team-oriented, with an analytical approach and strong communication skills

Job Descreption 

• Manage operations and KPI results for the customers under responsibility
• Manage processes to ensure a smooth start for new customer operations (locally or internationally)
• Track P&L (profit and loss)
• Prepare and follow up on periodic KPI and other necessary reports
• Actively participate in process development initiatives
