QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To strengthen our  accounting processes and enhance efficiency, we are looking for an  experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at our Bursa location.

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy of records, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general accounting processes
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and prepare financial statements
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations
  • Prepare tax declarations (VAT, Stamp Duty, Withholding Tax, etc.) and provide support for tax-related processes
  • Analyze accounting data and prepare reports on financial transactions
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes and support the audit team
  • Provide recommendations to improve internal accounting procedures            

  

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools
  • Experience in E-Invoice and E-Dispatch systems is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
