JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dedicated Inbound Customer Representatives to manage incoming orders for an international top player fast-food brand. In this role, you will handle calls from customers abroad. You will be working the night shift, so make sure you're a night owl before applying for this position! We have a variety of shifts available, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and managing inbound calls from customers
  • Assisting the customers’ demands with order placement
  • Providing accurate information about menu items and promotions
  • Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and without error
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction during each interaction
  • Conveying the issue to the relevant units when necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for team members who meet the criteria listed below and are eager to embrace experiencing breakthrough innovations in the call center industry with us.

  •       Willingness and ability to work during night shift
  •       Previous experience of working the night shift (preferred)
  •       Advanced communication skills in English, as the role involves interaction with international customers
  •       A quiet, distraction-free environment and reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 50 Mbps or access to suitable infrastructure
  •       Previous experience in the call center industry (preferred)
  •       Being prone to teamwork
