About You

We are looking for an architect who is:

• Holding degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years of experience
• Highly skilled in concept, schematic, and detailed design phases
• Proficient in Revit with hands-on experience
• Experienced in visualization tools such as Enscape, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar
• Competent in presentation software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Affinity, or similar
• An excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal
  
  

The following will be considered a plus:

• Experience with AI tools like Veras, Stable Diffusion, or similar

About the Role

You will be working on international projects, developing creative yet buildable solutions. While you may be involved in all phases of design, your focus will primarily be onconcept and preliminary design. You will collaborate with an experienced team and contribute to innovative, high-quality architectural solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Translating project requirements into strong architectural concepts
• Developing technical details with a clear understanding of construction methods
• Contributing to façade design, both conceptually and technically
• Coordinating with structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants
• Preparing graphical and technical documentation for presentations and official applications
