GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Industrial Engineering degree

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Inquiring and solution-orientated approach,

- Excellent coordination and analysis-reporting skills,

- Experienced in team leading and strong communication skills,

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English,

- Able to reside in Kütahya or Eskişehir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Ability to lead studies on Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence and Lean Production and working to ensure the adoption of the Continuous Improvement culture within the company,

- Lead time studies, work studies, method studies, 5S and Kaizen practices

- Work actively as an internal trainer on continuous improvement issues

- Prepare feasibility studies for project evaluations,

- Execution of the Suggestion and Reward System, increasing the number of suggestions, raising awareness of the employees about the suggestion and reward system, planning improvement strategies for the system, close follow up of all the evaluation and rewarding processes,

- Coordinate all relevant departments and carry out project management/monitoring activities,

- Lead the integration of project management methodology and digital tools.
