QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL  QUALIFICATIONS

  •     Relevant university departments (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
  •     Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector,
  •     Excellent command of English, French and Italian can be plus
  •     Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships,
  •     Experience in Corporate Communication, Strategic Brand Management, and Brand Communication,
  •     Creative and analytical thinking skills with strong presentation abilities, 
  •     Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint),


JOB DESCRIPTION

  •      Develop and implement brand and communication strategies to support the brand’s international growth, profitability, and sustainability,
  •      Plan and execute PR projects, marketing activities, and luxury segment-specific campaigns in collaboration with Creative and Communication teams,
  •      Develop innovative and sustainable industry projects that will support the brand’s long-term growth and ensure their implementation,
  •      Identify and manage strategic brand partnership opportunities, ensuring their execution,
  •      Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and maintain the brand’s competitive advantage,
  •      Design and manage campaigns and content to increase brand awareness and visibility across digital and traditional media channels,
  •      Define and effectively manage the brand communication budget,
  •      Build strong relationships with editors, journalists, and management teams of luxury segment traditional and digital media outlets, ensuring priority placement for collections and ongoing advertising strategies,
  •      Plan and execute the brand’s corporate identity, positioning, and corporate communication activities.
  •      Support global operations and initiatives to strengthen the brand’s international presence and market expansion.
