Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning and Reporting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing demand & business planning, business performance analysis, and management reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and ensure the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand forecasting analysis and reporting processes.
• Manage sales and demand planning activities to optimize stock levels and improve product availability.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to align business plans with business objectives.
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis and risk assessment.
• Actively and efficiently utilize ordering and forecasting systems/tools.
• Perform data analysis and reporting by creating detailed reports and presentations, including executive summaries and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and enhance efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including business development, operational improvements, and other key initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree industrial engineering
• Min. 7 years of experience in demand planning & reporting in FMCG, preferably in food production industry
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
