QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team at our nonwoven manufacturing facility!

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing and sales activities for our nonwoven products in domestic and international markets,
• Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new customers,
• Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis,
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them,
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns,
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and provide solutions,
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Textile Engineering preferred),
• At least 5 years of experience in the nonwoven or textile industry,
• Advanced in English (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Target and result-oriented approach,
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally,
• Proven experience in team management.
