Senior Production Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Planning Specialist to join our leading production company in the sector.

Responsibilities:

• Creating production schedules based on demand projections in order to meet consumer demands
• Having an active role in production projects using MTM methodology
• Performing studies aiming to increase capacity and productivity
• Analyzing efficiency by comparing planned and acquired resources
• Preparing and following-up daily, weekly, monthly employer reports,
• Resolving and analyze manufacturing issues resulting from human error, equipment failure, product/component quality, and schedule changes
• Work closely with production, supply chain and marketing teams to understand their utility needs and provide support
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven planning experience
• Experienced in team management
• Fluent in English
• Experience using SAP an asset
• Excellent report drafting skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to work and lead well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
