QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Adminstration ,Marketing , Economics, Management & Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies with 3 and more years managerial role experience.
· Fluency in written and spoken English , additional language will be an assest
· B2B & Trade Marketing experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of brand management, marketing strategies, and communication
- Strong business mindset with a good understanding of Marketing and Commercial mix,
- Results-oriented with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills to exceed targets,
- In-depth knowledge of digital and offline media,
- Strong strategic planning, project management and organizational skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills,
- Open to travel: domestic and international
· Excellent command of reporting and MS Office programs,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to defining brand and marketing strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness and maintain and expand market share,
- Analyzing consumer insights and managing market research studies to determine and propose appropriate strategies,
- Manage overall Digital marketing operations ( including Digital performance marketing and social media management )
- Plan, propose, approve, and ensure the implementation of product positioning (brand, price, packaging, distribution, promotion),
- Establish umbrella brand strategies and execute marketing activities in suitable categories,
- Develop and plan the annual sales budget and marketing plan/budget for products, ensuring that the marketing plan aligns with the approved budget throughout the year,
- Coordinate between Production and Sales to track the achievement of targets,
- Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, market trends and recommend action plans
- Oversee product development efforts to meet market needs,
- Lead cost-reduction projects to increase company margins,
- Ensure that new product launches and relaunches are executed as planned and on time,
- Monitor product sales, distribution, and market share performance against targets and implement corrective actions for any deviations,
- Define medium- and long-term marketing strategies for products and ensure all sales-related activities align with these strategies.
