Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's Degree.
•       Experienced in the relevant position at least 10 years.
•       Good command of Office programs user experience.
•       Excellent command of English language.
•       Experience in warehouse, performance, budget, transportation and team management.

Job Description:

•        Supporting General Manager in determining the company's investment, expansion and development policies.
•        Ensuring cooperation and coordination between the affiliated departments and other departments in line with the policies.
•        Examining the resource requirement requests from the affiliated department and ensuring that the resource requirements deemed appropriate are provided.
•        Determining and employing the personnel needs of the affiliated department on behalf of the company, making expenditures and allocating jobs.
•        Ensuring the operational implementation of the company's plans and budgets.
•        Ensuring that employees at all levels of the company, creating an environment in which they can work efficiently and effectively.
•        Monitoring new technologies, carrying out the necessary work on technology development and the production of new products.
•        Attending the meetings of the Management Team and fulfilling the duties assigned to him/her in the decisions taken.
•        Conducting data analysis studies related to his/her duties and evaluating the results. Communicating the results to the General Manager. Making activity plans for himself/herself and his/her department in quality targets.
•        Identifying and ensuring the implementation of corrective/preventive actions that the unit must implement.
•        Examining and deciding on the matters submitted for approval. Performing other duties assigned.
•        Working in line with the Quality and Environmental Policy in full adherence to QIP, HACCP and DQMP rules and in all kinds of operational processes, ensuring that the affiliated department works in accordance with these rules.
•        Preventing waste of natural resources and company resources.
