Data Center Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of data center infrastructure across the EMEA region.

2. Manage all aspects of program management, including planning, key milestones, deliverables, data gathering, analysis, communication, risk management and mitigation, status tracking and reporting, as well as the implementation, monitoring, execution, and delivery of the initiative/program.

3. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as engineering, security, legal, compliance, and finance to negotiate requirements, ensure alignment, track program progress, and enhance processes.

4. Communicate program plans, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

5. Partner with leadership to identify and resolve cross-functional challenges.

Qualification Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, power supply, and other technical solutions, along with an understanding of delivery standards.

• Scale of delivery project: Large

• Project experience: Minimum of three years, involving at least two projects, with leadership experience in delivering more than one data center or relevant projects.

• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent coordination, and communication skills.

• Academic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Project Management, or related fields.
