QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out, and beyond.

 

Key Responsibilities:

              •            Provide a warm and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests.

              •            Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

              •            Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest payments with accuracy and attention to detail.

              •            Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.

              •            Share information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enrich the guest experience.

              •            Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.

              •            Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and exceptional service experience.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

              •            Previous experience in a Front Desk or guest-facing role in hospitality is preferred.

              •            Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

              •            Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

              •            Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.

              •            A professional appearance, with a warm and approachable demeanor.

              •            Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

              •            Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
