This role is responsible for ensuring guest safety in pool and beach areas, responding quickly to emergencies, and providing high-quality service.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety of guests in pool and beach areas,
• Identify potential hazards in advance and take necessary precautions,
• Provide first aid intervention in emergency situations,
• Enforce pool and beach rules,
• Conduct regular checks on pool and sea water safety,
• Maintain and regularly inspect necessary equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification (Silver or Gold Badge ),
• Preferably experienced in similar positions in hotels or resorts,
• Strong communication skills and a guest-oriented approach,
• Team player, dynamic, and responsible,
• Ability to work flexible hours,
• Basic English knowledge (preferred)
