QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from related departments of the universities,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, problem solving, customer orientation skills,
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Experience in labelling & packaging industry is an asset.
- Residing on the European side of Istanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION
‘’Order management process” for customers; collecting orders, planning and dispatching,
- Ensuring that samples are prepared according to customer requests and delivered to the customer on time,
- Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers,
- Coordinating internal processes according to customer expectations (planning, purchasing, logistic),
- Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal processes and/or third parties,
- Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
