What we expect from you:

Our Store Managers are accountable for the day-to-day running of the store while balancing the goals of the company. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee all operational and administrative tasks.
• Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team.
• Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store.
• Be an ambassador for our company's sustainability project
