Jain Farm Fresh Türkiye is looking for a “Sales Operations Responsible” with the following qualifications to be assigned in the factory located in the Aegean Free Zone

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations (experience in the food industry and free zone is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with an innovative approach to problem-solving
• Proactive and willing to take initiative and responsibility
• Male candidates must have completed military service

Job Description

To manage all sales operation processes from order receipt to delivery in a complete and timely manner

• To ensure that operational processes are carried out without disruption by working in coordination with production, logistics, customs and finance units
• Receiving and evaluating freight offers and making the most appropriate shipment planning
• To follow up customer contracts and ensure that the terms of the contract are fully fulfilled
• Preparation of necessary import/export documents and effective management of processes
• To ensure that the necessary permits are obtained by following the processes carried out with the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Agricultural Quarantine and other official institutions
• To ensure timely and complete delivery by regularly checking stock and shipment processes
• Ensure operational coordination by effectively managing information flow, document processes and communication between the customer and the company
• Preparing regular reports on sales operations and presenting them to the management
