AKSA is operating in manufacturing, technology development, marketing, and distribution fields in power generation and energy systems. Selling to 178 countries, the range of the company includes diesel generators, portable generators, marine generators, natural gas generators, control panels, soundproofed canopies, and lighting towers. The production zones are located in Turkey, China (the world’s largest power generator plant), the USA, and a trade and assembly center in the Netherlands to serve our European clients.
ABOUT THE POSITION
AKSA Power Generation is looking for an Export Sales Chief who has strong experience in that process for our HQ Office at Beykoz/Istanbul.
WHAT WILL WE EXPECT FROM YOU (Qualification)
- Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at the location of HQ Office.
- Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, Engineering or related faculties.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales operations.
- Having advanced knowledge in the Power Generator sector and/or related sectors like UPS, Engine, etc.
- Be able to use MS Office programs, especially Excel, at an advanced level.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- French language is also must.
- Strong analytical approach and team player,
- Ability to work up, down, across an organization, process-oriented,
- Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills
- No military obligation for male candidates.
WHAT WILL YOU DO (Job Descriptipons)
- To realize the sales targets and aims given to that role.
- To prepare all reports about sales truly and timely
- Be able to add new and potential customers to the customer portfolio and to maintain relations with existing customers.
- Carrying out customer visits in order to increase customer satisfaction and increase loyalty by communicating more closely with customers.
- While being able to understand the customer demands, requests, and asks correctly, to find the solutions and answers to solve them, to prepare the offer to be presented to the customer as a result of the negotiations.
- Doing negotiations with potential customers for sales and after-sales services
- To follow and coordinate the production, shipment, and collection processes of the sold products
- After the sales processes prepared for the customers are approved, prepare sales contracts by the legal regulations of the countries and company procedures for the relevant sales.
- To represent the company by participating in fairs, conferences, and meetings and to give feedback to senior managers in this direction.
- To notice and prepare the right price policies by determining the conditions of competition after doing market research and competitor analysis
- Preparing the desired daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports under the demands of the relevant manager and the workflow processes and presenting them to the manager to whom that role reports.
- Carrying out market research, competitor analysis, and price-performance analysis studies in order to understand market trends and meet changing competitive conditions.
- To carry out all the preparations related to the tenders and to take an active part in every stage of the tender. (If a tender process is needed)
- To report the current and anticipated situation regarding the project to be sold to the top manager and to ensure that the transactions are finalized with the approval to be obtained. (If a tender process is needed)
